Branding & Website Design For Devon Glamping Farm
The Design Brief
Set on a charming 30-acre sheep farm, Cuckoo Down Farm Glamping offers luxurious glamping holidays in the beautiful Devon countryside near the World Heritage coastline at Sidmouth.
Having seen some of our previous work in the glamping sector the owners were keen to work with us on a complete rebrand of their business. We were commissioned to create a new brand identity which would resonate with their target audience and to design a website that would showcase their luxurious glamping accommodation and the tranquillity of their location.
The Rebrand
Armed with the client's brief our graphic designers created our initial logo design concepts which the client then whittled down to a final two. After a couple of tweaks to both, the client made the final decision and confirmed the chosen logo.
The new logo utilises a quirky and distinctive typeface set in a calming combination of cheerful pastel colours, with representations of bunting to effortlessly capture the timeless, fun and family-friendly essence of the brand.
Our designers have carefully constructed the logo to be used in various forms to ensure perfect legibility at almost any size, on any application. Being a vector graphic, the logo is resolution-independent and can be scaled to any size without reducing quality.
WordPress Website Design
The image-led website design utilises the client's vivid, stylish photography library to showcase the luxurious accommodation and spark inspiration, instantly capturing the attention of the brand's target audience.
The use of white space creates a clean and minimal aesthetic, further accentuating the aspirational photographs and helping to provide an optimised User Interface (UI).
The creation of the new website presented an ideal opportunity for us to craft a robust and tailored Content Management System (CMS) using WordPress. This customised CMS empowers the client with enhanced control over both the appearance and the content of their website, ensuring seamless management and flexibility for their online presence.
The new website looks beautiful and also works so well. Their ideas for site design and the new branding/logo they created really pushed the project to a higher level. Everything was done swiftly with no fuss, to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Inventive.
